The problem it solves

Great work, invisible reputation

Most happy customers would gladly recommend you — they just never get asked at the right time. Meanwhile one unresolved complaint can sit unanswered in public for months, shaping what every future customer reads first.

  • Review requests only go out when someone remembers.
  • The ask arrives too early, before the result is felt, or too late to matter.
  • Positive reviews go unanswered, so your profile looks unmanaged.
  • An unhappy customer posts publicly before anyone hears the complaint privately.
  • No one tracks the trend, so small dips in sentiment go unnoticed.

What the system does

Ask, reply and protect — with a person in the loop

Every message is grounded in the brand voice and policy you approve, and any numbers shown are placeholders you set yourself.

⏱️

Smart review requests

Triggers after an appointment, delivery or completed job — timed to the moment the customer feels the result.

🛰️

Channel routing

Sends customers to Google, Facebook or another platform depending on the rules you set per service line.

✍️

On-brand reply drafts

Drafts a reply to each review in your voice, ready to publish or approve in one click.

🛡️

Negative-feedback interception

Unhappy customers get a private follow-up first, so a fixable problem is not aired in public.

👀

Monitoring & alerts

Watches your profiles and alerts a person the moment a new or low-rating review appears.

🧠

Sentiment analysis

Reads the tone of each review and tags themes, so you can act on patterns instead of one-offs.

⭐

Review display

Surfaces your best reviews on your site or booking pages, with a widget updated as new ones arrive.

📊

Reputation reporting

Tracks rating trend, request-to-review rate and reply time in one place — figures from your own data.

🚫

No incentives, no filters

Requests go only to real customers after real service. We never gate who is allowed to leave a review.

Human in control

What stays human

Reputation is built on trust, so the sensitive parts always route to a person — the automation only removes the remembering and the typing.

  • Approving replies before they are published publicly.
  • Every negative or high-stakes review, without exception.
  • The brand-voice rules and the phrases the system may use.
  • Resolutions and any goodwill you offer to an unhappy customer.
  • Deciding how complaints are handled internally after they surface.

When sentiment turns negative, the system does not reply publicly on its own — it alerts a person and offers a private path first.

Illustrative example — a private rescue

  • Day 0 Request goes out after a completed job.
  • Day 0 Customer signals they are unhappy in the private survey.
  • Day 0 The request never pushes them to a public review.
  • Day 0 A manager is alerted with the details to make it right.

Where it works best

  • Pressure Washing — visible results, local searches, reviews that decide the call.
  • Auto Repair — trust is the whole purchase decision.
  • Dermatology — reputation shapes where new patients book.
Integrations

Connected to where reviews actually live

Review automation is built around your profiles and your customer records. Common connections include Google Business Profile and Facebook for the reviews themselves, GoHighLevel and HubSpot for the customer record, and Twilio for the SMS that carries the request — by native integration where one exists, and via API or webhook where it does not.

If your platform is not on that list, we will tell you honestly before you commit. An automation layer such as n8n, Zapier or Make often closes the gap.

FAQ

Review automation questions

Does it post replies automatically?
You choose. Replies can be drafted and published automatically for routine positive reviews, or held for one-click approval. Either way, nothing is published until the wording and the policy you set allow it.
Can we approve replies before they go live?
Yes. Most teams start with an approval step so every reply is seen by a person before it appears publicly, then loosen it for simple thank-you replies as they build trust.
How is negative feedback handled?
Unhappy feedback is intercepted privately first. A follow-up asks the customer to share what went wrong directly, and a person is alerted to resolve it — before it becomes a public review.
Which review platforms are supported?
Google Business Profile and Facebook are the most common, with other platforms connected where an API or webhook is available. We confirm coverage for your specific platforms during the audit.
Is this compliant with review platform rules?
We only send requests to real customers after genuine service, never offer incentives for positive reviews, and never filter who is allowed to leave one. Practices that break platform rules also break trust in your reviews.
How long does setup take?
It depends on scope. Setting the request timing, channel routing, brand voice and approval flow is usually a staged rollout rather than a long project. We confirm dates after the audit.
