The problem it solves

Six tools, six versions of the truth

When the ad platform, the CRM, the calendar and the review profile all disagree, reporting becomes a guess. Building the weekly numbers by hand takes hours — and by the time it is done, everyone trusts a different version.

  • Lead, booking and revenue data live in different systems with no shared view.
  • Nobody can say what a booked call truly costs after spend and follow-up.
  • Slow first-response times hide inside the CRM where no one looks.
  • Weekly reporting is manual, slow and inconsistent.
  • Decisions get made on gut feel because the numbers are never in one place.

This week: leads steady, but first-response time drifted from a median of 51s to 4m on Tuesday. Bookings held, show rate dipped 3 points. Google Ads cost per booked call rose while Meta stayed flat.AI summary · Mon 8:00 am

What the dashboard does

Unified metrics, honest labels, plain language

Every metric is defined with you, sourced from a system you control, and summarised in words a busy owner can act on.

🧭

Unified funnel metrics

Leads, response, bookings, shows, deals and reviews in one continuous view of the journey.

📣

Source & campaign

Performance split by channel and campaign, including offline calls where call tracking is in place.

⏱️

Response-time tracking

Median and worst-case first-response times, so slow leaks are visible before they cost deals.

📅

Booking & show rate

Booked, attended, rescheduled and no-showed, mapped to the channel that produced them.

💵

Sales & revenue fields

Won deals and revenue fields pulled from the CRM, tied back to the original source.

⭐

Review & reputation

Rating trend and reply time alongside the funnel, so reputation sits next to demand.

📤

Scheduled reports

Daily, weekly or monthly summaries emailed to whoever needs them, in the format you choose.

🧠

AI plain-language summaries

Reads the week in a short paragraph and points at the one thing that changed — no jargon.

🚨

Anomaly alerts

Flags an unusual spike or drop — a channel going quiet, or response time slipping — as it happens.

Human in control

What stays human

A dashboard is only as honest as its definitions. The decisions about what the numbers mean, and what to do about them, stay with your team.

  • How each KPI is defined and which one is the source of truth.
  • Interpreting a dip — and whether it is a problem or noise.
  • Budget and strategy decisions the numbers inform.
  • Sign-off on any figure that goes to clients, boards or investors.
  • Correcting a source system when two tools disagree.

We never present a fabricated result. Where a source is missing or late, the dashboard says so rather than filling the gap with a guess.

Illustrative example — a flagged mismatch

  • 08:00 Weekly report runs from all connected sources.
  • 08:00 The ad platform and the CRM disagree on lead count.
  • 08:00 The dashboard flags the mismatch instead of averaging it.
  • 08:05 A person confirms the correct source and fixes the rule.
Where it sits

How it fits the full system

Analytics is the last step of the journey and the first place you look each week — it turns every earlier step into a number your team can improve.

Where it works best

Integrations

Built on the systems that hold your data

The dashboard does not create a second set of books — it reads from what you already run. Common connections include GA4 and Google Ads for demand, Meta for paid social, GoHighLevel and HubSpot for the customer record, and PostHog for product and site events. Where a native connector exists we use it; where it does not, we connect via API or webhook.

If you want the view to live in a tool like Looker Studio, that is possible too, and an automation layer such as n8n, Zapier or Make can keep the feeds in sync. We will be honest about any source we cannot reach.

FAQ

Analytics dashboard questions

Where does the dashboard get its data?
From the tools you already run — your CRM, ad platforms, calendar, website analytics and review profiles — connected by native integration where available and via API or webhook where it is not. Nothing is invented or estimated silently.
Do we need GA4 to use it?
GA4 helps for website behavior, but it is not required. If you do not have it, we can use your CRM, ad platforms and site events instead, or set up a lightweight analytics layer as part of the work.
Can we export the numbers?
Yes. Views can be exported to a spreadsheet and scheduled reports can be emailed on a cadence you choose, so the figures can live wherever your team already works.
How often does it refresh?
It depends on the source. Ad and site data can refresh through the day, while CRM and revenue fields follow the sync you set — commonly hourly or daily. We confirm cadence per source during the build.
How accurate is it?
The dashboard shows what your connected sources actually report, with the source and its last sync time visible on every metric. Where two systems disagree, the dashboard flags the mismatch instead of hiding it.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many sources and how many metrics you want. Connecting systems, agreeing definitions and building the first views is usually a staged rollout. We confirm dates after the audit.
