Is there a minimum commitment?
The setup project is a one-time engagement. Monthly system management is ongoing and can be paused or stopped with notice, as set out in your agreement.
What is included in setup?
Journey mapping, agent configuration, knowledge-base setup, CRM and follow-up wiring, testing, and your approval pass before go-live.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We prefer to earn the next month by making the system useful. Terms are confirmed in writing before we start.
