What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you type in. That normally includes your name, email, phone, business or company, website, industry, role, current CRM, monthly lead volume, current ad channels, your main problem and the service you are interested in. We also record whether you gave email consent and SMS consent, so we know exactly what you agreed to.

We only ask for what helps us understand your situation and reply usefully. You can leave optional fields blank — but the more context you give, the better our first response.

Attribution data

To understand which marketing actually works, this site captures first-touch and last-touch attribution data. That means URL parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid, gclid and ttclid, plus the referring page, the landing page, the page URL and the time you submitted the form.

This information is stored in your own browser’s local storage (under the keys praktivo_attribution_first and praktivo_attribution_last) and is posted along with the form when you submit it. It is used to report on campaign performance — not to build a profile of you as an individual.

Analytics and cookies

If the relevant IDs are configured, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, PostHog and Google Tag Manager. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and collect data such as pages viewed, events and approximate device or location information, in line with each provider’s own policies.

How forms are processed

Forms on this site are submitted to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards the submission to us by email. Formspree processes the data on our behalf and under its own terms and privacy policy. We then keep the enquiry so we can reply and, if you become a client, so we can deliver our services.

Email and SMS consent

We send marketing emails only where you have given consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us replying to a direct enquiry you send us.

We send SMS messages only where you have given consent. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts, or reply HELP for help. Transactional messages that are part of a service you asked for may still be sent where permitted.

Data deletion requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@getpraktivo.com with your request. We will verify the request and act on it within a reasonable period.

We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. Our standard retention period is [TO CONFIRM].

No sale of data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers to use for their own independent marketing.

Admin security

The on-site admin dashboard stores lead records locally in your own browser storage rather than on a shared server. Where records are held, access is limited to authorised people and we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
