Terms of Service

These terms explain how our engagements work and what you can expect from us. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Last updated: September 2026.

Agreement

By using this website or engaging Praktivo for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services. Where a signed proposal or statement of work exists, that document and these terms apply together.

Services

Praktivo provides AI training and AI-powered sales and business automation systems. We help connect the journey from traffic and lead capture through to follow-up, appointments, sales and reporting.

Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out there, not on this website. Anything not described in the proposal is out of scope unless we agree to it in writing.

No guaranteed results

AI systems depend on your inputs, your offer, your market and your team’s follow-through. We build carefully and share what we learn, but we do not and cannot guarantee leads, bookings, sales, revenue or any other specific outcome. Any examples or figures shown on this site are illustrative unless stated otherwise, and are not a promise of your results.

Client responsibilities

To get the most from an engagement, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business, services and customers.
  • Give timely access to the tools and accounts we need, such as your CRM, calendars, ad accounts and messaging providers.
  • Review and approve your knowledge base, so the systems only say what you have authorised.
  • Use the systems lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable messaging, consent, privacy and advertising laws for your market.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing schedule and payment terms are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Services may pause if payment is overdue. Amounts already paid for work performed are generally non-refundable unless your proposal says otherwise.

Intellectual property

You own your business data, your content and your knowledge base. We retain ownership of our templates, frameworks, code, systems and know-how, including anything we developed before, or independently of, your engagement.

Where we build something specifically for you, we grant you a licence to use it for your business for as long as your agreement is in place, on the terms set out in your proposal. This keeps the underlying building blocks reusable while you keep full use of what we made for you.

Third-party services

Our systems rely on third-party tools — for example CRMs, Formspree, ad platforms, calendars, model providers and messaging providers. Your use of those tools is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, outages, policy changes or the way they handle your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if we were advised such losses were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement. This does not cover information that is public, already known, or independently developed, and it does not prevent disclosure where the law requires it. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Termination

Either side may end an engagement as set out in the proposal or statement of work. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work already performed, and we will hand over the materials we have agreed to hand over. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [TO CONFIRM], and any dispute will be handled under those laws.
