Integrations

Integrations and Connections

Praktivo connects the tools a business already uses. Where a native connection does not exist, we use an API, a webhook or an automation platform — and we never claim an integration that does not exist.

How we label every connection

Three honest labels. Nothing on this page is aspirational — if we are not certain a connection is first-party, we do not call it native.

Native

A documented first-party integration built and supported by the tool itself. Native

API / Webhook

Connected through the tool’s public API or a webhook — reliable, but not a one-click first-party app. API/Webhook

Via automation platform

Connected by routing through an automation platform such as Zapier or Make. Via automation platform

Advertising

Advertising and analytics

Where leads and conversions come from, so every record carries its true source.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Lead forms, ad conversions and Messenger or Instagram conversations flow in through Meta’s own tools. Native

Google Ads

Offline conversion import and click-ID capture (gclid) so booked jobs can be tied back to the campaign. Native

TikTok

Lead events and click-ID capture (ttclid) sent through the TikTok Events API and pixel. API/Webhook

GA4

Site and conversion events forwarded to Google Analytics 4 for reporting alongside ad spend. Native

PostHog

Product and funnel analytics captured through PostHog’s SDK and events API. API/Webhook

CRM

CRM and pipeline

Where each lead lands, with source, conversation and next action attached.

GoHighLevel

Contacts, pipelines, calendars and messaging driven through GoHighLevel’s own API and workflow tools. Native

HubSpot

Contacts, deals and activities kept in sync through HubSpot’s private app and CRM API. Native

Salesforce

Leads, contacts and opportunities created and updated through the Salesforce REST API. API/Webhook

Pipedrive

Leads, deals and notes written through the Pipedrive REST API and webhooks. API/Webhook

Communication

Communication channels

Where the AI replies, and where every message respects consent and opt-out rules.

Twilio

SMS and voice messaging sent and received through Twilio’s messaging and voice APIs. API/Webhook

WhatsApp

Business messaging through the WhatsApp Business Platform API, with template and consent rules applied. API/Webhook

Instagram

Direct messages and comments handled through Meta’s Instagram messaging tools. Native

Facebook

Messenger conversations and page messages handled through Meta’s own messaging platform. Native

Email & SMS

Sequences sent through a transactional email or SMS provider’s API, with unsubscribe and STOP handling. API/Webhook

Calendars

Calendars and scheduling

So a qualified lead becomes a confirmed slot, not another back-and-forth email.

Calendly

Event types, availability and bookings read and written through Calendly’s own scheduling tools. Native

Google Calendar

Availability checked and appointments created through the Google Calendar API. Native

Microsoft Calendar

Availability and events read and written through the Microsoft Graph API. API/Webhook

Automation

Automation platforms

The connective tissue when two systems have no direct path between them.

n8n

Workflows triggered and results returned through n8n’s REST API and webhooks. API/Webhook

Zapier

Systems joined through Zapier triggers and actions where a direct connection is impractical. Via automation platform

Make

Scenarios and webhooks used to route data between tools that do not talk directly. Via automation platform

AI, payments & websites

AI models, payments and site connections

The model, money and front-of-site pieces that complete the system.

OpenAI

Language and reasoning used through OpenAI’s API, with prompts and data limits you approve. API/Webhook

Anthropic

Claude models called through Anthropic’s API for tasks where they fit best. API/Webhook

Stripe

Payments and subscriptions confirmed back to your systems through Stripe webhooks and API events. API/Webhook

Embeds, webhooks & API

For anything else: a site embed, an inbound webhook or a direct API call keeps the journey connected. API/Webhook

Our honesty rule

If a tool is not listed here, that does not mean it cannot connect — it means we have not verified the cleanest path yet. On a call we will tell you plainly whether a connection is native, API-based, or needs an automation platform.

Not sure if your stack connects? Talk to us.

Bring your CRM, ad accounts, calendars and messaging tools. We will map what connects natively, what needs an API or webhook, and what needs an automation platform — before you commit to anything.
